Job Summary

The Managing Vice President of Development is an executive member of the Corporate Development team, responsible for Cinematical strategy and delivery of Core Site’s data center development program. The role covers pre‑construction, owner‑furnished, contractor‑installed procurement, and construction project management, with accountability for capital project budgets, delivery performance, and vendor strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data center development projects, from pre‑construction through commissioning.
  • Develop and execute strategic direction for design and pre‑construction program, evaluating modern design standards, construction methods, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure facilities are designed and constructed for long‑term operational reliability and maintainability.
  • Oversee construction procurement to secure efficient, industry‑leading outcomes and maximum value from suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop solutions to complex procurement challenges, enhancing operational efficiencies, driving cost savings, and ensuring timely project deliveries.
  • Own the capital development budget, including forecasting and cost controls.
  • Manage a 15+ person team responsible দিন designing, permitting, budgeting, contracting, constructing, and commissioning for over $ in annual data center development projects.

Qualifications
  • Experience in strategic leadership within data center, infrastructure, or other mission‑critical development organizations.
  • Deep technical expertise in data center design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ability to excel in a team‑oriented work environment and lead projects and teams to timely outcomes.

  • Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and consultant coordination proficiency.
  • Flexibility to travel, with potential for increased travel or in‑office presence as business needs evolve.
  • Capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment (2‑3 days in office per week) and adjust schedule for a 24/7/365 organization based in the U.S.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor=None Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field;
    Master’s preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive mission‑critical or data center development experience.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experienceطرة managing complex, multi‑site capital programs.
  • Experience with substations and on‑site power generation (preferred).
Physical Demands

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping or kneeling, talking, and hearing. Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and travel to U.S.‑based sites are required.

Compensation

Base salary between $275,000 and $315,000 annually, plus an annual bonus and equity based on individual and company مباشر performance.
