OverviewAs the Senior Vice President, Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving our revenue growth and customer satisfaction, leading a high‑performing team, and playing a crucial role in our strategic vision. This role offers the opportunity to shape the sales strategy, expand market presence, and contribute significantly to our growth trajectory. Reporting directlyाती the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a transformative impact on our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Lunavi's goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and surpass sales targets.

Customer Success Management
- Oversee the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) adería to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion interesser.
- Implement best practices to enhance customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Drive the adoption and sales of Microsoft solutions, leveraging our partnership to deliver value to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends to provide expert guidance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand positioning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision.
- Provide insights and recommendations to shape business development and growth strategies.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report progress to the executive team.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and experience selling Microsoft products and services.
- Proven experience scaling sales success in consulting services and managed services.
- Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in overseeing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including marketing, technical delivery teams, and executive leadership.
- Ability to run a highly competent organization that strives to exceed sales targets.
