Overview

As the Senior Vice President, Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving our revenue growth and customer satisfaction, leading a high‑performing team, and playing a crucial role in our strategic vision. This role offers the opportunity to shape the sales strategy, expand market presence, and contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.   • Oversee the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) adería to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion interesser.
  • Implement best practices to enhance customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
Microsoft Solutions
  • Drive the adoption and sales of Microsoft solutions, leveraging our partnership to deliver value to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends to provide expert guidance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand positioning.
Revenue Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to shape business development and growth strategies.
Performance Metrics
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report progress to the executive team.
Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and experience selling Microsoft products and services.
  • Proven experience scaling sales success in consulting services and managed services.
  • Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in overseeing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including marketing, technical delivery teams, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to run a highly competent organization that strives to exceed sales targets.
