Warehouse Manager – Denver, CO

Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager, based out of Denver, CO, to join our team and help connect America.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, oversee, supervise, and participate in daily operations.
  • Follow established policy and procedures for the company and its vendors.
  • Control and manage all inventory processes and address any issues as needed (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts, etc.).
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) for Company & Customer data.
  • Communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
  • Ensure warehouse duties are completed by staff efficiently and effectively.
  • Support and ensure compliance with company safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
  • Work with field supervisors and crews to assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Operate forklift, load, and unload trucks as needed.
  • Interview, select, and train warehouse personnel as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
  • Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
