We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be a proactive, hands‑on leader with a strong background in Construction Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management. This role requires exceptional skills in Annual Budgeting and Forecasting, Budgeting and Cost Control, Contract Administration, Procurement, Bluebeam, Contract Management, Time Management, Cost Control, Scheduling, and Risk Management.

- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Handle contract administration, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Procure necessary resources, materials, and services for project execution.
- Utilize Bluebeam for project collaboration, document management, and task tracking.
- Manage contracts throughout their life‑cycle, ensuring all terms are met and risks are mitigated.
- Implement strategic planning to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain rigorous time‑management practices to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Control project costs through effective resource allocation, procurement strategies, and financial management.
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in the construction industry.
- Expertise in contract administration and procurement.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software for construction management.
- Strong skills in contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation.
- Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Solid understanding of cost control strategies and techniques in construction projects.
- Experience in project scheduling and coordination.
- Proficient in risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
