Branch Operations Manager – Denver Branch
This role is responsible for overseeing inside sales and service operations, ensuring smooth customer experience, and managing the team.

Base Pay Range: $65,000 – $95,000 per year

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) Plan.

• Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
• Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
• Act as primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
• Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.

• Related work experience and knowledge of operations management.
• High school diploma.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• SAP experience preferred.
