Base pay $24.50 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities. Average supervisors earn $1,500–$3,000 monthly in bonus; top performers exceed $4,000.

• Dynamic Leadership:
  Motivate a team of canvassers to exceed goals and reach new heights.
• Recruitment:
  Screen, interview, and place top talent into the canvassing role.
• Mentorship:
  Provide ongoing feedback to continuously improve team performance.
• Build Rapport:
  Establish trust with homeowners and offer solutions for home improvement needs.
• Deliver Pitches:
  Communicate benefits and features of DaBella products.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals/quotas.
• Field Navigation:
  Walk, stand, and drive as required; valid driver’s license and clean record essential.
