All Colorado Trucks and Trailers is seeking a full time Parts Manager to join our team at our Denver, Colorado location. We provide sales and services for trailer needs. Our services include trailer repairs, mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, brakes, suspensions, and so much more! As the Parts Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall profitability of our department while maintaining accurate inventory, efficiently ordering and invoicing parts, and effectively managing our outside sales team and drivers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the overall profitability of the parts department, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Efficiently order parts, collaborating with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of parts, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Effectively manage our outside sales team and drivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in parts management techniques, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily operations.
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts manager role
- Strong knowledge and experience in the trucks and trailers industry, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to multi-task under pressure
- Effective Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Strong personal organizational skills
