Santa Fe Mechanical is hiring experienced Foremen to lead field crews on commercial mechanical and HVAC construction projects. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day field operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead field crews in the installation and assembly of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
Ensure daily jobsite productivity and quality align with project requirements and schedules.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to direct work activities.
Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to maintain workflow and resource allocation.
Monitor crew safety and enforce safety protocols in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and daily progress.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and site leadership.
Identify and solve field-level issues promptly to prevent delays.
QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of supervisory or lead field experience in commercial mechanical or HVAC construction.
Ability to read construction drawings and manage labor in the field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
No formal education, license, or certification required—field knowledge and hands‑on experience are key.
