* Compensation:
Proposed hiring rate of $24.50 to $27.40+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

* Formal Education, High school graduate or equivalent, trade school and/or certifications preferred
* 4+ years of basic experience in the maintenance field.
* Problem solver with a Can-do attitude.
* Self – motivated
* Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions.
* General maintenance work, including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other general interior and exterior building maintenance as needed or directed by the Building Maintenance Manager.
