We have immediate openings for Custodians/Janitors for governmental buildings in multiple locations in Denver, CO. These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay and accrued sick leave but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits that could include, but not limited to: holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!

$19.76/hr to start.

Full Time:

• 12:30 pm - 9:00 PM Monday - Friday.
• 1:30 pm - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday.
• 2:00 pm - 10:30 AM Monday - Friday.

• Clean, dust, sweep, sanitize, mop, scrub, vacuum, shampoos facility surfaces and floors.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow.
• Follow proper procedures for chemical and power equipment use, in order to prevent damage and injury.
• Remove graffiti, gum and other markings from facility surfaces, and repaints with protective coating.
• Check and verify facility security and safety by locking doors, windows and gates; and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Previous cleaning experience in a work setting.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Strong and detailed work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
