POSITION: SEASONAL HOUSEKEEPER (May - September)

HOURLY RATE: $19.30

Established in 1887, Denver Country Club is recognized as the first club west of the Mississippi and one of the most prestigious private clubs in the country. The 585‑member, invitation‑only club hosts an 18‑hole golf course, two indoor golf simulators (Foresight Quads), indoor and outdoor tennis, platform tennis, pickleball, ice hockey, lawn bowling, croquet, casual and fine dining. The club has a long history of golf championships including the Denver Open (PGA Tour Event 1962‑1964), Trans‑Mississippi Amateur, Pacific Coast Amateur and Curtis Cup (1984).

A golf course renovation was completed in 2020 by Gil Hanse, helping to secure Denver Country Club as one of the premier golf courses in the Western United States.

Performs basic and heavy cleaning operations in clubhouse, and all other buildings on property.

• Dust rooms and furniture.
• Cleans bathrooms as trained.
• Vacuums carpets and mops floors.
• Sweeps patio areas and dusts patio furniture, as needed.
• Empties all wastebaskets and trash receptacles.
• Cleans and polishes brass and other metal surfaces.
• Wash inside and outside of windows as needed.
• Reports dirty carpet areas to supervisor for carpet cleaning.
• Replaces light bulbs, paper supplies, amenities as needed.
• Reports any damage, plumbing problems, etc., to maintenance or supervisor as needed.
• Special cleaning assignments – upon request.
• Assist with set‑ups and turnover of rooms – upon request.

• Ability to take on direction and work independently and with a team.
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for an 8‑hour shift.
• Position can be labor intensive.
• Must be able to pull, push, bend, reach, stand and use repeated manual movements.
• Must be flexible and able to work on holidays and weekends.
