We are currently searching for Groundskeeper applicants to work at the Redi Apartments located in Denver, CO.
* ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN‑ON BONUS*

• Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.
• Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager.
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.
• Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
• Assist residents with special needs.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good.
• Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve personnel.
• Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Must have vehicle roving position.

Pay Range: $19.00–22.00 Per Hour
