- Tips
The application itself should take you about 15 minutes to complete. Once the application is complete, we will send you an email to schedule a Zoom interview if we love what we see! We are looking for past experience delivering care and long tenure at previous jobs.
Why do you pay so much?Because we expect a lot! We promise to deliver our customers the most caring maid service in Denver. In order to provide the best service, we have to pay a lot and ask a lot. If you are wanting physical work (like Cross Fit every day), and enjoy an ever changing day, then we want you on our team!
Do I have to drive my own car?Yes you do, but you will be reimbursed at at least 67 cents per mile! Other services may try to pay you less, but we know that your car takes a beating when you drive. Plus we optimize routes to make sure that you drive as little as possible. Here is our SERVICE AREA.
Do I need experience?NO! While experience can help, it is often better that you have never professionally cleaned before. We are looking for experience in taking care of clients more so than experience in cleaning.
Will I be an employee or subcontractor? You are going to be a full W-2 employee all the way! Other companies may try to skimp by making you a 1099 contractor. When you work at Alpine Maids, we make sure that you only have to focus on your job and not your taxes. We provide the best paid training in the industry as well as supplies, a full benefits package, and all of the things that you would expect from a good job.
Doyou provide full time work?
Yes! you will be working 32-40 hours every single week. Cleaning is hard, and most of our staff prefers to work 32-36 hours per week. We do have some people that work a full 40+ hours each week, but it is rare. You are considered a full-time employee, and you will be eligible for ALL of our company benefits if you are scheduled to work 5 days per week.
WillI have fun?
YES! At the end of a day a job is still a job, and there will be a lot of hard work to do. However, we only hire candidates that want to make work fun! We have friendly competitions and company outings from potlucks to mountain adventures. We also provide the best training in the industry not just for the job itself, but in leadership.
