As a Laborer for our Denver District, you will contribute to our team by:

• Reporting to work on time, ready to work safely and learn
• Assists project superintendent where needed
• Actively takes direction & ask questions to ensure tasks are understood
• Cleans and prepares construction sites as needed
• Hand Digging
• Fence Maintenance
• Housekeeping
• Hand Trenching
• Minor demolitions
• Associated material cleanup and disposal
• Operate dewatering pumps
• Other duties as required

What you will bring to the role:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Knowledge and use of hand and power tools
• High regard for safety and pride for quality of work
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed
• Able to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks
• Have a high degree of flexibility in a changing environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head.
• Should be able to navigate through the worksite on a daily basis
• Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous flagging experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
