Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Facility Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO . Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and facility equipment.
- Maintain building security, safety, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate building and grounds maintenance, including vendor management.
- Conduct monthly facility and safety inspections.
- Serve as a liaison with corporate engineering, fire/police departments, and local officials.
- Oversee LOTO, confined space, hot work permits, and emergency response programs.
- Maintain security access cards/keys and detailed maintenance records.
- Support continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Perform other facility and maintenance duties as needed.
- High school diploma/GED required; technical schooling preferred.
- 3+ years experience in distribution or industrial maintenance.
- Working knowledge of conveyor systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, fire sprinkler systems, and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word).
- Must be able to lift 40–70 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally .
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (cherry picker/stand‑up experience preferred).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5pm - Weekly Pay
- Pay Rate: $35/hour

Pay Rate: $35/hour
