Building Maintenance

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Facility Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO . • Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and facility equipment.
• Maintain building security, safety, and compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate building and grounds maintenance, including vendor management.
• Conduct monthly facility and safety inspections.
• Serve as a liaison with corporate engineering, fire/police departments, and local officials.
• Oversee LOTO, confined space, hot work permits, and emergency response programs.
• Maintain security access cards/keys and detailed maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
• Perform other facility and maintenance duties as needed.

• High school diploma/GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• 3+ years experience in distribution or industrial maintenance.
• Working knowledge of conveyor systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, fire sprinkler systems, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word).
• Must be able to lift 40–70 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally .
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (cherry picker/stand‑up experience preferred).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5pm
• Weekly Pay
• Pay Rate: $35/hour

Pay Rate: $35/hour
