Koelbel and Company currently owns and manages a portfolio of office, retail and flex space located throughout the Denver Metro Area including the City of Louisville and is seeking an ambitious Utility Engineer. The mission of the Utility Engineer – Level 1 will be to assist the existing building engineering team with building operations and appearance for primarily six office properties, ranging in size from 18k to 400k square feet to ensure best in class physical property condition, efficient building and equipment operations, and to provide timely and quality customer care to Tenants.
This role requires hands-on, requires exceptional follow-through and is highly visible to Management and Tenants.

This role requires hands-on, requires exceptional follow-through and is highly visible to Management and Tenants.
- Plumbing repairs such as: clogged toilets, minor leaks and faucet repair.
- Painting.
- Sweeping / mopping / cleaning.
- Able to trouble shoot minor mechanical problems.
- Moves common area furniture and repairs furniture.
- Assist with PM’s.
- Minor carpentry repairs.
- Minor hardware adjustments.
- Minor HVAC adjustments.
- Interior and Exterior property inspections to include roof and parking structure.
- Responsible for keeping main entrances into the building clear of snow and Ice during inclement weather.
- During snow days starting at 6:00 AM to assist the snow removal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
