Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to work under the Area Maintenance Supervisor and assist them with leading operations at two communities totaling 181 units, in SW Denver, CO. Each community is about 3 miles away from one another. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, knows how to organize work and people, and believes that well‑maintained apartment homes create better communities.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and help your team uphold our standard of care, ensuring residents feel proud of where they live.

• Help the Area Maintenance Supervisor oversee all property maintenance operations across two communities
• Train and supervise a Lead Maintenance Technician
• Assist with scheduling vendors, when work cannot be completed in‑house
• Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5‑day standard), and move‑in readiness
• Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident‑first attitude
• Manage inventory, ensure timely follow‑up, and close out completed work in Yardi
• Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on‑call rotation

• At least 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
• Strong organization, scheduling, and communication skills
• Boiler Experience strongly preferred
• General repair skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.)
• Swimming Pool experience preferred; CPO is a plus
• A personal basic tool set (small cordless drill, 11‑in‑1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
• You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments, located near Sheridan and Warren Ave. in southwest Denver.
• Weare a drug‑free workplace. Pre‑employment background checks and drug screening is performed on all new hires, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
