Maintenance Technician - Bear Valley

We are a growing company looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO!

• Perform maintenance on apartment communities, including cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, and completing maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances, perform painting, and handle apartment turnovers as needed.
• Take emergency calls and respond to after-hours requests as required.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service and maintain property standards.

• Experience with plumbing and electrical work preferred (hands-on training provided).
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to take emergency after-hour calls.

• $24-$26/hour DOE
