I'm excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a highly respected Colorado-based litigation team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment and enjoys working closely with senior attorneys on meaningful, impactful cases.
What You’ll Do- Manage and review case files and key litigation documents
- Draft discovery, pleadings, and routine correspondence
- Identify issues proactively and help craft solutions
- Organize and prioritize a busy, deadline-driven workload
- Support arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
- Participate in trial preparation and provide support during trial when needed
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong case-management, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting mediation and legal case coordination
- A professional, positive attitude and the ability to manage complex cases
- Excellent writing skills and experience preparing litigation materials
$65,000 – $80,000+ depending on experience
