We are an established and reputable boutique personal injury law firm in Denver
, known for delivering exceptional service and outstanding outcomes—without the bureaucracy. We're currently seeking a high-performing Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team and hit the ground running.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters independently
- Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage
- Draft and send demand letters to insurance companies
- Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status
- Coordinate property damage claims and rental/replacement vehicles if applicable
- Organize and prepare files for disbursement and final resolution
- Proactively push cases forward with strategic follow-up and negotiation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claim processes
- Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills
- Comfortable with client communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Neos case management software is a plus
- BA/BS or paralegal certificate preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:

** : $55,000–$75,000 DOE - *
