We are an established and reputable boutique personal injury law firm in Denver
, known for delivering exceptional service and outstanding outcomes—without the bureaucracy. We're currently seeking a high-performing Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team and hit the ground running.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters independently
  • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage
  • Draft and send demand letters to insurance companies
  • Communicate with clients regularly regarding case status
  • Coordinate property damage claims and rental/replacement vehicles if applicable
  • Organize and prepare files for disbursement and final resolution
  • Proactively push cases forward with strategic follow-up and negotiation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claim processes
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills
  • Comfortable with client communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Neos case management software is a plus
  • BA/BS or paralegal certificate preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

    * Base salary
    ** : $55,000–$75,000 DOE

    * PTO
    ** : 80 hours accrued annually + 7 paid holidays
