Compensation: $65,000–$80,000

A nationally recognized plaintiff‑side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its Denver office. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, highly organized litigation professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, trial‑focused environment and wants to contribute meaningfully to high‑value injury matters.

About the Role

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys handling complex personal injury cases from pre‑litigation through trial. This position involves heavy case management responsibilities, drafting, discovery coordination, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, pleadings, and case correspondence
  • Manage complex litigation files, including medical records, deposition transcripts, and expert materials
  • Assist attorneys with arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
  • Coordinate scheduling, deadlines, and case calendars
  • Organize exhibits, witness files, trial notebooks, and hearing materials
  • Work closely with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and support case progression
  • Collaborate with a busy trial team to ensure smooth case flow and timely filings
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff‑side preferred)
  • Strong drafting skills and familiarity with Colorado court rules and procedures
  • Experience preparing cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard litigation/case‑management software
