LHH Legal is assisting a top 100 AmLaw firm in Denver in their search for a Public Finance Associate Attorney. The position requires 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. The firm offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and work/life balance while handling complex public financing transactions.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
ResponsibilitiesAs an associate you will represent borrowers and lenders in financing transactions for public projects, including acquisition financing, equity financing, mezzanine loans, bonds, and working capital.

- J.D. from an accredited law school
