LHH Legal is assisting a top 100 AmLaw firm in Denver in their search for a Public Finance Associate Attorney. The position requires 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. The firm offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and work/life balance while handling complex public financing transactions.

As an associate you will represent borrowers and lenders in financing transactions for public projects, including acquisition financing, equity financing, mezzanine loans, bonds, and working capital.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
