This opportunity is designed for a senior-level attorney with deep experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly involving copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights. The role focuses on representing sophisticated clients across the music, film, digital media, entertainment, and corporate sectors, often in matters with significant financial, reputational, and strategic implications.

Attorneys in this role serve as trusted advisors to clients navigating complex disputes arising from content creation, distribution, branding, licensing, and digital media use. The successful candidate will bring a strong litigation background, sound business judgment, and the ability to guide clients through both contentious disputes and proactive risk management strategies. This position offers meaningful autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to further develop a high-end IP litigation practice.

• Represent clients in complex copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity disputes in federal and state courts
• Lead litigation matters involving entertainment, media, and technology-related intellectual property issues
• Provide strategic counsel focused on maximizing intellectual property value and protecting creative assets
• Advise clients on dispute avoidance, risk mitigation, and compliance in rapidly evolving digital media environments
• Handle matters involving licensing conflicts, ownership disputes, infringement claims, and related commercial litigation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation and settlement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Serve as a senior advisor and mentor within the intellectual property litigation practice

• Minimum of seven years of experience at a reputable law firm
• Proven track record handling complex entertainment and intellectual property litigation
• Experience representing high-profile clients in music, film, media, and corporate sectors
• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated disputes independently
• Portable book of business of at least $350K required
• Strong leadership skills and client-development capabilities
