Overview
Nelson Law Firm, LLC is adding another trial lawyer to our civil litigation team. Our firm focuses primarily on construction defect and personal injury cases for plaintiffs. We are looking for an outstanding self-starter to handle civil litigation matters from initial intake to verdict.
Responsibilities- Handle civil litigation matters from initial intake to verdict.
- Independently handle cases, take/defend depositions, draft and respond to substantive motions and discovery, attend hearings, and meet with clients.
- At least 3-5 years of trial experience.
- Self-motivated, proactive attorney with top-notch writing skills.
- Construction defect and/or personal injury experience preferred.
- Public Defenders, District Attorneys, and other attorneys with trial experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to jump into independently handling cases, taking/defending depositions, drafting and responding to motions and discovery, attending hearings, and meeting with clients.
- Local applicants only.
Salary range is $110K to $185K per year depending upon experience and expertise with additional bonus compensation for case origination.
