A boutique law firm is seeking an Civil Litigation
Associate to join its growing Denver office. This position is ideal for an attorney with civil litigation experience—preferably in medical malpractice—who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. The firm prides itself on culture, open‑door communication, and strong collegiality.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license required (admission in New Mexico, Wyoming, or Arizona is a plus)
- 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience required.
- Experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare‑related litigation preferred.
- Strong research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload while working collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable participating in strategy development, negotiations, and court proceedings.
- Salary range: $125,000 – $155,000
, depending on experience. - Objective bonus structure begins at 1900 billable hours and incrementally increasing from there.
- Subjective bonus opportunities.
