Our client, a boutique law firm with deep roots in Colorado’s business community, is seeking Commercial Litigation Associates to join their Englewood office. This is an onsite role in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of experience in commercial/business litigation and be licensed to practice in Colorado.
OverviewOur client, a boutique law firm with deep roots in Colorado’s business community, is seeking Commercial Litigation Associates to join their Englewood office. This is an onsite role in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of experience in commercial/business litigation and be licensed to practice in Colorado.
Responsibilities / Details- Practice area focus:
Commercial/Business Litigation - Billable hours: 1600 (eligible for bonus after)
- Onsite with hybrid flexibility after 90 days
- Bonuses based on billable hour thresholds and origination of client matters and generated revenue (average bonus potential of $12,000 – $35,000)
- Great atmosphere and team

- 401k with employer match
- 6-12 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Litigation
- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice in Colorado
- Extensive trial experience
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies
- Book of business would be great but not required
