We are seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney / Litigation Attorney to join our Colorado-based practice. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high-volume caseload, and is committed to providing excellent client service.

** Qualifications**

• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal law
• ** Juris Doctor (JD)
  ** from an accredited law school
• ** Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Colorado**
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience (required)
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and legal teams

** Responsibilities**

• Handle felony and misdemeanor criminal defense matters
• Appear in court and manage all aspects of litigation
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding their cases
• Develop case strategies and advocate for clients throughout the legal process
• Maintain timely and accurate case documentation
• Work closely with support staff to ensure smooth case flow
