Location: Denver, Colorado
The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced
Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law office in Denver
. This is a full‑time position offering a flexible hybrid schedule and an established office space, with potential for future expansion. The attorney will manage their own caseload and have the opportunity to build a team as the practice grows.
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
- Trial experience, including serving as first chair
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize an independent caseload
- Salary: $170,000–$200,000 plus bonuses
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k)
- Handle assigned cases from the intake team
- Option to bring in personal cases for a higher compensation percentage
- Opportunity to build and expand a legal team and practice
