Pachuta & Kammerman is an immigration law firm with offices in Fairfax, VA, Charlotte, NC, and Denver, CO. We are fast-paced, rewarding, and supportive. Our goal is to provide high quality representation to the immigrant community.

We are searching for a new associate attorney to handle a variety of immigration matters, with a focus on removal defense in the Denver immigration court.

• Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law
• Active admission to any state bar

• Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines
• Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders
• Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law
• Representing clients before immigration and state courts
