Corporate M&A Attorney

Overview

LHH is assisting a top Denver Big Law firm in their search for a commercial mergers and acquisitions associate. The position requires 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and the role will primarily handle transactional, leasing, acquisitions, joint-ventures, and finance work for complex commercial real estate matters.

The base salary range is $250,000–$370,000, and the firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and/or individual performance. They also offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, transit and dependent care benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a US bar and a desire to work in Denver.
• 3+ years of post JD experience in complex commercial real estate matters.
