Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate Litigation Attorney, based at our Denver, CO office. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions. The Associate Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court, collaborate with associate and senior attorneys and support various facets of litigation and commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including civil and commercial litigation
• Experienced in drafting and handling Motions
• Proficient in navigating legal procedures in various Courts
• Demonstrated experience with Trials and preparing for Depositions
• Strong research, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Colorado
• Prior experience in franchise law, bankruptcy, or civil matters is a plus
