Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience, with exposure to consumer class actions and/or construction defense matters. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, draft and respond to pleadings, participate in discovery, and collaborate closely with partners and senior associates.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses in state and federal court.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to senior attorneys and clients.
  • Assist in managing consumer class action litigation and construction defense matters.
  • Handle depositions, witness interviews, and client meetings as needed.
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with internal teams on complex legal matters.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Colorado.
  • 3–6 years of civil litigation experience, with experience in consumer class action and/or construction defense.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and clients effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
