This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain professional independence while gaining access to supplemental caseload support. The firm provides a robust infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline—allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law within a flexible Of Counsel structure.

• Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation
• Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
• Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level client service

Licensed attorney in Colorado

8–10 years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on business and real estate matters

Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills

Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
