Corporate Associate | Denver | 5 to 6 Years

A leading national law firm with a premier corporate and policy platform is seeking a Corporate Associate with 5 to 6 years of experience to join its Denver office.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected corporate group known for sophisticated middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity work across industries such as consumer products, health care, gaming, and hospitality. The team advises a diverse client base ranging from founders and entrepreneurs to private equity sponsors and public and private companies, handling complex transactions of all sizes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions within a law firm environment. Experience providing outside general counsel support is a plus but not required. Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary range of $290,000 to $305,000 depending on experience, plus an hours‑based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
