Highly respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of complex litigation experience and hold an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or an associate's degree in paralegal studies
.
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
- Organize, manage, and review large volumes of documents and evidence
- Draft and file legal documents, including subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery requests
- Coordinate and maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filings
- Prepare exhibits and trial materials, and provide in-court support as needed
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and schedule depositions
- Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Utilize litigation support software to manage case data and streamline workflows
- Must have an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, associate's degree in paralegal studies, or an attorney declaration under BPC 6450
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation
- Strong understanding of Federal and State court rules and procedures
- Proven experience managing complex document review projects for civil litigation matters
- Ability to collaborate with attorneys to develop discovery plans and document review protocols
- Extensive experience preparing and serving subpoenas in both State and Federal courts
- Proficiency with Relativity, Rel One, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis Case Notebook, Westlaw/Lexis
- Exceptional proofreading skills for context, grammar, and typographical accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent decision-making and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinking and case management planning skills
The firm offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually
, based on experience, along with highly lucrative bonus structure
