We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group comprises experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.
Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our Denver-based team. Under the attorney's supervision, the immigration paralegal will manage a high-volume portfolio of nonimmigrant (NIV) matters for corporate clients, delivering accurate, timely filings across H-1B (cap and cap-exempt), H-1B1, E-3, L-1, TN, O-1, and related dependent applications.

Responsibilities- Analyze NIV eligibility and escalate complex issues.
- Draft NIV petitions:
Forms I-129 (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN), I-539, and I-765 for dependents. - Draft employer letters, job descriptions, org charts, and evidence summaries supporting eligibility.
- Assist on H-1B lifecycle: cap registrations, petition prep/filing, post-decision steps; file LCAs in FLAG, verify FEIN, post notices, and create Public Access Files; monitor wage/worksite compliance and amendments.
- Monitor deadlines and status; track receipts, approvals, RFEs, and consular outcomes; respond to agency inquiries; maintain accurate docketing and reports.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance (I-9, export-control escalations, site-visit readiness).
- Manage a high volume of active NIV matters; prioritize and meet deadlines with high accuracy and service standards.
- Monitor and respond to email (external and internal) in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
- Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process.
- Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
