A busy and well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidential client files, records, and calendars
  • Draft petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents for state, district, or federal court filings
  • Organize and review evidence, exhibits, and court filings for hearings, mediations, and resolutions
  • Conduct legal research and summarize key judicial opinions, statutes, and regulations
  • Work independently on routine matters and assist attorneys in resolving legal issues
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of legal terminology
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to establish effective relationships with the public, clients, and court personnel
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, legal research tools, and e-filing systems (ICCES and CM/ECF preferred)
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Must work fully in-office for the first six months
