Associate Attorney

The Denver office of my candidate is seeking to hire a litigation associate to join its Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience who is looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of experienced partners. • Working as part of a team to handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• This work involves drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations
• Attorneys will also work directly with clients on a variety of employment-related issues, including advising on compliance with employment laws, drafting and revising employee handbooks, and conducting training and related activities
