A national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join its downtown Denver office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of large-scale litigation experience
, with strong skills in docketing/calendaring and state and federal e‑filing
. Commercial litigation experience is preferred but not required.
This position supports a team of busy litigators and requires exceptional organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare, revise, and finalize litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage docketing and calendaring for deadlines, hearings, and court dates
- Complete state and federal e‑filings with accuracy and compliance
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys in all phases of large-scale and complex litigation
- 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
, preferably with large-scale/complex matters - Strong experience with docketing and calendaring
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal e‑filing procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and law firm document management systems
- Commercial litigation experience preferred but not required
- Base salary: $77,000-$92,000 (DOE)
