Denver - Employment Litigation Associate with California and Colorado License

The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate with both a Colorado and California license to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3‑6 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners admitted both in Colorado and California. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and has a growth mindset.

Typical day‑to‑day opportunities include working as part of a team handling Colorado and California litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various challenges under state and federal employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, training, and similar activities.

• 3‑6 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to and empathy for fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar and California Bar is required.

In Accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position will be $180,000 – $220,000.
