Our client, a well-established and growing law firm in Denver, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Transactional Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents, including office, retail, and industrial leases
• Handle purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, financing, and related transactional matters
• Advise clients on real estate strategy, risk, and compliance
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing with minimal supervision

• 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
• Leasing experience required (landlord and/or tenant-side)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in)
• Full-time, in-person role
• Salary range: $170,000- $240,000 annually + performance bonuses
