Overview
A leading law firm with more than twenty years in business is seeking an Attorney with a strong background in commercial contract law. This role involves advising clients on commercial contracts, product licensing, consulting, sales, and other corporate or commercial matters. You'll work with a wide range of clients in Software / SaaS, health sciences, tech, R&D, and more. The firm focuses on having a great balance and work environment - 1500 billable hours, $0 out of pocket healthcare, 401K with match, multiple bonuses, etc.
It's a hybrid work environment (3 days a week) at either their Denver or Boulder office, your choice!
- Minimum 3 years of legal practice with a focus on commercial law
- Experience with Software licensing or other SaaS related contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with software, SaaS, biotech, or similar industries
- Background in large corporations or national law firms
