Position: Corporate Associate; M&A Practice (4-7 years): Firm Wide

Holland & Hart is seeking Corporate Associates to join the firm in any of its locations.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have top tier law firm experience as a corporate attorney whose legal practice is focused on a combination of M&A and/or venture capital and private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance and general corporate matters. For the more experienced opportunity, we are seeking candidates who understand the nuances of sponsor-related transactions and are interested in helping to grow a practice that focuses not just on financings, acquisitions and/or dispositions, but also on the subsequent portfolio company matters.

Candidates must be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills and have excellent professional recommendations.

Expectations

Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $207,500 - $255,000.

Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours. Contributions to the life of the firm is vital to the collective success of the firm, and we encourage our lawyers to engage in ways each person finds meaningful through various committees and firm activities.
