A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its thriving M&A and private equity team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions while continuing to develop as a trusted advisor to high-caliber clients.

The role is ideal for a corporate associate with 3–5 years of experience handling complex transactional matters, including public and private company M&A, private equity investments, and related corporate work. Exposure to capital markets transactions, energy or infrastructure deals, or other strategic business transactions will be viewed favorably.

You will play a meaningful role in deal execution, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents. The practice values attorneys who bring strong judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Prior experience working in a law firm
  • 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and private equity
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills

  • A mature, business-oriented approach to client service
