Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a leading Denver law firm, has an immediate opening for a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2 plus years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases and purchase and sale contracts and processing transactions.

As a Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of complex transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing and purchase and sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and participate in the negotiation of commercial leases, ensuring terms are favorable for our clients. Draft, review, and modify lease agreements, addressing intricate issues related to rent, maintenance, options, and renewals.

· . Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes for property acquisitions, examining titles, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and any other pertinent factors to provide clients with a complete understanding of the risks and opportunities.

· . Manage all aspects of purchase and sale transactions for commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on financing arrangements, and navigating complex legal issues that may arise during the transaction.

· . Provide clients with expert legal advice, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the implications of their decisions. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives and tailor legal solutions to meet their needs.

· . Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

· . Work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, sharing knowledge and experience while contributing to a supportive, collegial working environment.

Qualifications

· 2 plus years of real estate transactional law experience

· Strong communication, analytical, contract drafting, and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to manage real estate transactions and meet deadlines

· A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, courtesy, and respect

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary depending on experience, plus structured bonus and competitive benefits.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate transactional law.

- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements and contracts.

- Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

- Comprehensive understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in legal billing software and document management systems.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality legal services.
