Overview
Healthcare Regulatory Partner (Labor & Employment) – Denver, CO. Hybrid (Denver office). Salary: $200,000 – $350,000 base (plus performance-based compensation). Established / Mature Professional Services Firm.

What You Will DoBuild, lead, and grow a healthcare regulatory and compliance practice within a labor & employment–focused platform.
Advise healthcare clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters, including evolving federal and state requirements.
Leverage an existing portable book of business while expanding relationships through the firm’s national footprint.
Collaborate with attorneys across offices to support cross-selling and integrated client solutions.
Utilize advanced legal technology and analytics tools to enhance research, compliance monitoring, and client delivery.
Contribute to thought leadership, client development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Maintain full ownership over your practice direction with strong institutional support for marketing and business development.
10+ years of experience practicing law with a strong focus on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
Currently operating at the Partner or Senior Counsel level at an AmLaw firm or respected boutique.
Possesses a portable book of business of approximately $1M.
Deep expertise advising employer-side healthcare organizations.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing (or eligible for admission) in Colorado.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in autonomy, growth, and practice ownership.
Experience with in labor and employment–focused law firms.
Demonstrated interest in innovation, legal technology, or modern practice management.
History of mentoring associates or building teams.
Strong interest in business development and market visibility.
