We are working with several quality Denver area firms, including an AmLaw 200 seeking a top tier complex litigators to add to their established team. Ideal candidates would have similar top tier law firm experience in Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and/or Insurance Defense. This firm is looking for candidates with overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participation in court proceedings.

They're looking for strong academics, excellent credentials and the ability to hit the ground running.

• Billable hour expectation of 1,800 hours, with bonus for exceeded hours and performance
• Hybrid opportunities; in office time at downtown Denver locations near Union Station

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Licensure and current good standing in the Colorado bar
• 5+ years experience at a quality firm doing similar complex corporate M&A work

• Salary for Colorado based applicants ranges from $170K- $220K, commiserate to experience
