About the RoleThe Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate with both Colorado and California license to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners admitted both in Colorado and California. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset.

Admission to the Colorado Bar and California Bar is required.
Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling Colorado and California litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various challenges under state and federal employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, training, and similar activities.

- Respond to pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations.
- Draft and revise employee handbooks, training materials, and other documents.
- Assist clients with complex employment law issues under state and federal law.
- 3‑6 years of experience in employment litigation or general litigation.
- Strong interest in labor and employment law.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment and empathy for team members; relentless commitment to growth and client service.
- Admission to both the Colorado Bar and the California Bar.
