Litigation Associate - Denver, CO

Adams & Reese seeks a mid‑level associate with 3–6 years of solid litigation experience to join its national litigation practice in the Denver office. The firm is looking to make a long‑term investment in the right candidate for this highly collaborative, tight‑knit team.

The position will focus on commercial litigation and construction law. Experience in consumer class action defense, telephone marketing regulation (TCPA) defense, or labor and employment law is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a case independently from start to finish with minimal oversight. Deposition and hearing experience preferred.

Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Colorado law license and at least 2 years practicing in Colorado required. Full‑time in‑office.
