Are you a skilled corporate transactional attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, commercial contracts, and entity formations? If you have 4 or more years of experience and are seeking a shift from the large law firm environment, we’re looking for you! • Manage transactions from inception to closing, including mergers and acquisitions, financings (private equity, venture capital, and credit finance), and commercial contracts.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.
• Provide business-minded legal guidance to clients and contribute to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Pay range: $150,000 - $200,000 annual compensation tied to billable hours and billable rate
• Discretionary bonus
• 401(k) with 3% non-elective contribution
• Paid Sabbatical
